- Dr. Alexander Nowak, managing director, worked as the head of several business enterprises, in the position of authorised signatory, managing director resp. board member, and as chairman of a business group’s supervisory board.
- His roots are in direct sales – in his 28 years of trading experience he got to know almost all trade channels, such as retail, teleshopping (DRTV) and wholesale for retail chains and mail order.

has 14 years of trading experience in the fields of operative controlling, investment controlling and administration at the Metro and Rewe Group. Her fields of application were thereby centred on Austria, France, Croatia, Serbia and Bulgaria. She is the head of HR and the finance department (CFO). - Christian Sonnenberg,
is the head of our internal IT department and can be described as a typical “IT freak” able to independently and quickly develop new technical skills. This is important to us since we do not want to lose touch with the young generation. - Peter Maas,
has worked in the IT area for 20 years and – as a specialist for CMS systems, online shops and databases – is responsible for the flawless processing of all websites, the payment systems and commodities management. - DI Dr. Heinz Duschanek,
is specialised in online marketing and SEO, and is our head of this department. - Johann Lang,
has been working in trade for more than 20 years and is our head of the warehouse and logistics department.
Customer service:
We have several multilingual and experienced employees who process our customer requests. To us it is decisive that requests but also complaints are quickly and efficiently replied to.
For this reason we also operate a journal service on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays, and customers mostly receive a reply within 60 minutes.
